Joe Lapscher (also Yoel Lapscher) is an industrial engineer turned software engineer turned chief product officer. He now finds operational cost savings as a partner at Expense Reduction Coaching, based in Hoboken, New Jersey.

He works with CEOs and CFOs of $10M–$100M manufacturers, hospitality groups, and 3PLs on indirect spend. The engagement is contingency-priced: no savings, no fee. He also takes fractional product leadership, freelance website development, and PM mentoring.
